Incumbent Worker Training

Funding is available to support the “upskilling” (training) and retention of your current workforce through NWC’s Incumbent Worker Training Program.

  • Group training projects, including those serving multiple employees, will be considered for up to a maximum of $60,000 of direct training costs, excluding any employer match.
  • Notice will be posted here when funds are no longer available.
  • NWC reserves the right to limit the amount per employee of direct training costs excluding employer match.
  • Training projects are subject to approval by NWC.

Request for Qualifications – Website Development and Webpage Support

The Northwest Workforce Council (NWC) is seeking qualified contractors to provide website development, maintenance, enhancement, and support services for two existing websites: NWBoard.org and NWC-Connect.org.

NWC is interested in establishing a pool of qualified website development professionals or firms capable of providing ongoing website updates, design improvements, functionality enhancements, technical support, content updates, accessibility improvements, and other web-related services as needed.

NWC will maintain a file of qualified respondents and may solicit specific quotes, proposals, or statements of work from qualified contractors when website-related projects arise. Deadline for submittals is October 7, 2026.
